Yoga for Back and Neck Pain

Understand the back pain-Its one of the commonest pain most of us suffer some time or the other in our life.  Hence it is important to know the cause of it whether it’s a mechanical stress, psychological stress, poor posture, aging, lifestyle, nerve problem-sciatica, spondylosis or an injury-whiplash injury, disc related problems in the back or neck.

Yoga helps you to understand the relationship with the lifestyle and back pain and thus you learn how to manage the back pain.

Its an old saying ‘PREVENTION IS BETTER THAN CURE’ hence make sure that there is awareness in the posture while sitting, standing, lying.

Yoga works marvelously in correcting the postures. Have a glance of your body while waiting for the bus at the bus stop and you will know how well aligned your body is.
