Yoga is very close to my heart and my quest of around 7-8 years for the best teacher of yoga ended at Dhrti Yoga. My husband had attended offline class two years ago and found the method of instruction very authentic and traditional and he sweared by Dhrti Yoga🙏🏻 However, he had to discontinue and after a gap enquired if it’s conducted online and was thrilled that it is…he jumped at the opportunity and joined and I followed. For me, the joy I felt just listening to Guruji’s words is indescribable!! The spiritual instruction/ statements would immediately impress the mind. The instruction is always crystal clear and there is no need for Guruji to show any asana, just follow what Guruji is saying. As far as observing students is concerned, I am awestruck, we would not be aware of our own asana with our video on, Guruji can correctly point out where improvement is required and lo..with so many students practising!!! Mataji is very sweet and extremely agile in her talks too, meaning she says so many meaningful things so quickly, that if we pause and think, we miss her next sentence. We are very very thankful to have found you both Guruji and Mataji and our quest really ends here. We have to only to go onwards and upwards from here in this yoga sadhana with your blessings. Hearty Congratulations to Manutattawa Prabhji and Satvinder Mataji on being able to successfully conduct and complete a year of online yoga sessions!
This has been a great blessing for my Mother and I who have been part of the Dhrti family since early this year. Though I have previously practiced ‘physical’ yoga before (part of the weekly quota of the yoga sessions offered at the gym I use to ‘work-out’ at), I have re-learnt what yoga means and I feel very grateful that I get to understand and challenge myself on the mat during both the on-line classes and during self-practice which Prabhuji reminds us of every single morning. In my short journey of 10 weeks with Dhrti, I have pleasantly surprised myself by my attempts to practice the Vajra asana, Chandra Namaskar, extended rounds of Surya Namaskar during Rathasapthami, bettering my timing with Nadi Shodhana and reciting the Aditya Hrydayam Stotram.
With noticing the level of patience that Prabhuji demonstrates in class, within 3 weeks of joining classes, I requested my 62-year-old Mother to try it as well. For someone who had no prior experience practicing Yoga, she was initially hesitant, but I assured her that it will greatly benefit her – specially the issues that she had with her knees and lower back. Within a few weeks of Prabhuji’s classes and Mataji’s guidance – she was able to see the difference (which many years of medication has not been able to resolve) in her flexibility and how simple it was to incorporate it as a part of her daily routine. I think the cherry on the cake was when her friends and sisters complimented her on her very glowing skin (Thanks to Nadi Shodhan Pranayama!) – which has now turned her into a yoga-enthusiast. I am also very grateful that through these online classes, my Mother and I now share a common interest (other than family gossip!) and have a platform to be able to connect and experience the weekly classes together.
Online classes with Dhrti have helped us practice yoga consistently for the past two months. We’ve observed that the goodness of the practice naturally flows into our everyday lives and improves the quality of our experiences.

It’s just been just over a month now. Online yoga has been a blessing in disguise for me. I joined the class with a goal improving flexibility and overall health. This class is so much different from other online class I have taken in the past. The progression is so well designed i feel rejuvenated after every class. I want to come back to learn more and progress further in my yoga journey.

How Yoga has helped me in this last year
1) The first thing that comes in my mind is that
I have stopped fighting with my husband( of course nothing serious) 🙂
but unnecessary fights – unnecessary negativity that ruins your day..and i think that has stopped from last one year.
2) my attitude has been very optimistic..I look for the best things in the situation.. now I try to give my 100% in the situation and later ask myself if I could have done any better? if the ans is no – then I have nothing to regret or feel bad about it
3) I have started appreciating whatever I have
instead of crying for what I don’t have.
started appreciating the value of “people” in my life.
I don’t know what really motivates me to join the class everyday, but I know that I don’t feel good when I miss the class..when I don’t attend the class.
I also witness a change in my body if I don’t attend the classes – that stiffness in the body I don’t like 🙂
Hari Om mataji, During this pandemic, the journey of yoga didn’t get stopped due to online session. Missing a class makes me feel guilty. I am trying to apply teachings in my day-to-day life. I still make mistakes. But I am able to analyse and identify the cause. This helps me to not to repeat it. This awareness is only because of Yoga. Thanks to Mataji and Prabhuji🙏🙏

I was able to clearly see the god’s grace as he made me join the yoga classes. After joining dhriti, I myself observed so many changes in my life like meditating daily, ajapa japa which is soo nice and yoga nidra . Yoga nidra is the beautiful gift which sooths the mind body and feel like flying in joy. My food pattern,timings everything is modified which made me active, healthy, happy. And so many such gifts keep on coming that makes me attend classes regularly.
Mataji is soo cheerful and I feel very happy and active after the session. Even the tough asanas could be attained so easily under her guidance, they help to handle our personal things smoothly. My body and mind became more flexible. They take utmost care like their kid, I’m happy to be part of dhriti family.
Yoga has helped me in the following ways:
- Provided the much needed positivity and energy during the pandemic. The asanas has increased my flexibility and strength.
- It actually has created mental clarity and calmness. Now I don’t get into unnecessary arguments and my mind doesn’t think about unnecessary negative things. I can feel that yoga has calmed me down a lot.
- Yoga has also given me strength to face difficult situations in life. The last year was not so good year personally in my family. But yoga gave me the strength and mental clarity to handle all those tough situations
I try to be as regular as possible to the class and I also try to do the mantra sadhana every morning.

I have joined the online yoga classes in July 2020. It has been a humbling experience for me since then.
My dad was hospitalized in Jan. He was diagnosed with TB infection in the brain. It has been extremely tough few months for me and my family. I can surely say that only my yoga practice has given me the strength physically and mentally to sail through this hardship.
I feel grounded and have developed sense of calmness within myself. I am more conscious, aware and focused.
As Prabhuji always says “Sadhana is Nija dhana”, I have come to realise this.
I am grateful that my path has crossed with Dhrti Yoga. 🙏🏼🙏🏼

It has been an amazing journey so far, and very fruitful to me. After the lockdown due to COVID, my mobility of going around drastically reduced to very low as less as 1000 steps per day, due to which, few health related problems started off, with Vitamins levels going down, constipation, sleep disorder, and disturbed mind. I use to go to Gym, and was not able to adopt that routine at home. That’s when I decided to learn Yoga Vidya, even though I know that it would take a while for me to have flexibility. Since the time I joined, till now, I am seeing lot of improvement in my daily routine, starting from sitting down in floor for having lunch in cross-legged, having focused mind, Vitamin levels have improved, have adopted discipline lifestyle, and many more benefits …

Happy to share my journey of these 9month.. it’s been an apt platform of enhancing our overall Sadhna..since have been spiritually inclined so always seek to get involved in physical and mental upliftment through Yog..a.. Yog means to get connected with the Almighty and what would be more beautiful to start our Sadhna by offering our prayers and seeking strength and then dedicating all to the One Lord🙏🏻.. however Would still confess that We couldn’t do justice to our self practise and but commit our presence for the guided ones.. 🙏🏻
This has helped to improve on my mental focus and has increased the flexibility and strength to my muscles..

When we started with Mohanji at first, I was a little worried as I was not very flexible and I was very busy with school. At that time, I could not comfortably bend down and reach my toes. However, as I continued with my mom and sister, I realized that yoga was not only about flexibility. Mohanji was very insistent on teaching us all the mantras. I enjoyed watching how excited my sister was memorizing these mantras. Everyday, I learned something new about my culture.
Then, we switched to Satvinderji’s class and I again was worried as I had heard the intensity was much more. The task of 108 Surya Namaskarams was very daunting, but I was thrilled when I was able to do 50 in a row (which I never thought I would be able to do). Prior to this, 12 Surya Namaskarams seemed hard but now it is so much easier. The new challenge now is Shirsasana, another task I never imagined doing. My grandfather used to be an expert at it and I remember being so impressed by him. Now, I get to do the same and that is very exciting.
In this past year, practicing yoga has allowed me to grow both physically and mentally. I have become much more aware of my body, breath, and mind. While I am still working on my flexibility, I am able to see the improvement I’ve made so far, like being able to reach my toes without warming up. Coming to yoga practice is a cherished time to relax, take care of myself and connect to my roots. Through this pandemic, yoga has been a true blessing and we would not have started without the shift to a virtual world. I truly appreciate having this opportunity and having yoga be a lifelong lesson. I am very inspired by the commitment and dedication of Satvinderji and Mohanji and the belief and support you have given me. Thank you Satvinderji and Mohanji!
My journey of yoga started in Mohanji’s class. As a beginner, I was still learning and wasn’t as flexible and motivated as I am now. Mohanji used to randomly call on people to recite the slogams during Surya Namaskram. In the beginning, I was scared of not knowing the slogams, but then I started to compete with my family to be the one to say the them in class. This was a motivating factor to learn it and make sure I was always prepared to be called. AT that point, when Mohanji called on me, I was extremely confident and was proud of myself afterwards. Now I can see that this has helped me better understand chakras which in turn has helped with kriya yoga practices.
As I moved into Satvinderji’s class, the difficulty level started increasing. One example of this is when we were preparing to do 108 Surya Namaskaram for the Rathasaptami practice. At first, I thought Mataji was joking. One hundred and eight Surya Namaskaram seemed impossible! I never thought I would be able to do what I did. As I practiced, the struggle in doing more, decreased. This is proof of the saying, “Practice makes perfect,” and even though I didn’t achieve perfection, I am hope fule that I can achieve that in the future. Even now, stength and balance exercises are a challenge for me, but I can see that I have improved so much because I was barely able to keep my leg up in leg rises and stay standing for a few seconds in any balancing pose.
Overall, my motivation has increased because I was able to learn new things about how much I am capable of with the few improvements I make everyday.
Thank you both so much for guiding me through this experience. I am looking forward to seeing how I progress in the coming years. Though I have gone through lots of ups and downs, one of the many postives we gained was being given the opportunity to learn yoga along with my family from gurus.

Due to continuous sitting for work over the lockdown, I had muscle cramps and pains everywhere in my body.
To lift the hand straight was tough job for me. After joining the yoga classes, I have become so flexible that I forgot I had muscle cramps. My mind is at peace and I wait to join the classes in the morning

Mataji..after 2017 had forgotten and was unsure if I will be able to perform yoga ever.. as with kids dint have time to come to centre.. however when saw the post of online class I immediately joined from March end. Yoga sadhana has always given me mental and physical satisfaction. With kids I had started body shaming too and dint know what best can be done to get better. In the last one year of sadhana I feel beautiful inside and outside. This is the best use of technology as many people around the world are able to do the sadhana managing their chores too. Thank u 🙏

Hari Om. I started my journey with Dhriti Yoga a little over 18 months ago. The experience has been incredible, to say the least.
The last one year has been challenging in many ways, but the online yoga practices helped me stay grounded and gave me a chance to turn truly inwards. One can easily become complacent with practices at home, but the sincerity of the Gurus and the energy of the class motivated me stay determined and focused. Thanks to the daily practices, I am now able to do asanas which I couldn’t even think of attempting a year ago. Still a long way to go! I feel more spiritually connected now.

Hari om mathaji, with online yoga i am able to do my sadhana regularly it helped manage the lock down situation very well by going to office regularly with out any health issues. After practicing yoga nidra and ajapajapa my mental irritation has come down and feel very light and happy🙏. Hari OM Mataji. With Guru’s grace, I am able to practice on-line Yoga from past 9 months. Able to stay in the asanas more time compared to earlier. Since the class always starts at on-time, we also became punctual. I see lot of change in terms of physical and mental. Aches and pains are gone, which are due to the profession, especially back pain at physical level. Became more clam and patience at mental level.
Feel very relaxed after doing the yoga and getting very good sleep in the nights.

Last year starting from Feb 3rd 2020 till August, i was recovering from my eye surgery. Once I joined back, the journey has been a major turning point of my life. Though I am into yoga from childhood, the discipline which I have inculcated in the past 8 months is amazing. I am not disciplined to practice on my own. I need a Guru to hold hands. I would like to express my gratitude to both our Gurus for offering us online classes, which has brought discipline in all of us ? I hope you all agree with me. Now I can join classes even when I am travelling 😃.
Last 8 months of yoga not only brought flexibility in our body, also helped us in disciplined eating, sleeping, organised living, planning, being purposeful, happiness, good sleep and most of all peace !

Hari Om, I was practicing Yoga myself in the US, but practices were very irregular. Discipline was missing. Mental and physical health deteriorated over time.
What I achieved by joining online classes at Dhrti (after 1.5 years of gap):
1. Regular discipline
2. Getting back to the Yoga family and friends. Company of such amazing Yogis.
3. Improved health and mental state.
4. Improvement the practices.
5. Group energy is totally different that individual practice.
6. Not missing Dhrti family at all, although physically apart 🙂
Can never pay my gratitude enough to Gurus for devising such beautiful practices to us. On top of it, Mataji and Prabhuji are living Gurus for us, who transfer Knowledge regularly to us and excel us in our practices.
Hari Om Mataji 🙏 I joined online class around May 20th, 2020. Before lockdown I was attending Prabhuji’s class at BTM. When lockdown started i couldn’t join online class immediately, in some days I started getting inflammation on joints due to Rheumatoid Arthritis. I started doing practices which Prabhuji taught. Later, on May shifted to home and started online class. Pain on wrist, back pain and sometimes knee pain were stopping me from doing difficult asanas. But still Mataji, you were supporting and teaching simple asanas to recover. Initially I felt sad that I couldn’t do certain asanas like arm balance, Sirasasana. But then realised that each individual is different. I loved the meditations and ajaba jaba, Jyoti tratak, which made me to concentrate and improve myself. The visuals and the way my body feel, I am loving it😊 I feel very active after doing asanas and its helping me in my work and studies as well. From last month my medicine dosage has been reduced. In upcoming months Doctor will reduce medicines slowly. Inflammations has been reduced and I am trying out Arm balance and unsupported Sirasasana, hope I could achieve that in a few weeks. I couldn’t attend some classes now a days due to unavoidable circumstances. I will reduce the frequency of skipping classes in upcoming days.😊 I love the way my body responds now and the vibrations i get while doing Tratak and Sadhana are Amazing. Thanks a lot Mataji for the Wonderful classes and the attention you are giving to each one of us and making us to do in the correct way. The guidance and instructions which you give us are really good.

One of the best things happened to me during this lockdown and Pandemic season is Dhrti Yoga Continuation Program online . It’s one year now and I can do asanas with awareness and I cannot believe that I can do many difficult asanas that I felt that I cannot do earlier. I should thank Satya Mataji for this . Pranayama , my stress buster and solution to many day to day challenges we face . It gives immense relief and a feel of JOY. I realized Yoga is a magical wonder that anyone can achieve through deligent practise under guidance of sincere teachers . Yoga Nidra , it’s a sanjeevini for me 😊🙏. Cannot say more than that. Food , am being cautious about what am eating and how. This will keep our body free and active . While eating junk and thinking thrice and deciding . That awareness I have obtained through understanding practical yoga . Thanks for the great guidance Mataji.
Hari Om, I am associated with Dhrti for the past 4 years. I thought it is difficult to join morning weekday batch as I have to keep breakfast ready at 8.15am (my kids online class starts at 8.30am). So me and my husband joined weekend batch. Days passed and I started to think that I am doing only household work and I am not able to think anything more than household work. I am also not learning anything. Later I made a sankalpa to practice Yoga regularly along with my daily responsibilities. I joined the weekday batch. This thought also came based on my earlier weekday classes. After joining the weekday class I felt good, by doing my Asanas and also was able to complete 108 SN during Rathasapthami. As a member of the Bakthi Yoga (Sadhana Mandali group) we learnt and recited multiple slokhas which also helped to build mental strength. I enjoyed a lot chanting the slokhas. During Navarathri, we did Devi Mahatmayam at 5.30am for 7 days. It was a wonderful experience . Online class helped me to connect with Dhrti and with my Yoga friends. Pranams to Prabhuji and Mataji.

I have been associated with Dhrti for around 4 years and mostly I have been a weekender batch student. Even during the lockdown I was in weekend batch. However I could not maintain regular practice on weekdays. That is when I shifted to weekday batch. Technology was available and Dhrti was quick enough to embrace it and help us continue with our practice during the lockdown. We are blessed to have kept the pandemic away from us, our family and neighbourhood due to regular practice of Yoga. Five yrs ago, I chanced upon the in-center classes during my short stay in Bangalore. Ever since I was eager to re-join Dhrti Yoga someday. Now out of Bangalore, I finally joined the online classes during lockdown times. The online classes are of the highest quality and very reasonably priced. Just like the in-center classes. All that is expected from the student is discipline and attentiveness to avail the opportunity to grow.
The classes start 5 minutes before time with a quiet meditation, for our mind to prepare for the Yoga practice. Shlokas and wisdom are integrated with Asanas and Pranayama. Nothing is taught in a rushed manner, yet the pace challenges me enough. Safety is given a priority. Here, I experienced the joy of Yoga which is taught orderly. At the end of the session, I feel rejuvenated, strong, and knowledgable. The class unquestionably completes my day.
With their sincerest intention and rich expertise, the teachers are always at the selfless service of their students. They are committed to making our lives fulfilling. I wish to serve them someday in my capacity. May they always radiate the inner glow, and touch many more lives.

My relationship with Dhrti is 2 years old. I could attend couple of months session in the beginning. Though I was unable to join you in the center, kept going with whatever learnt in this couple of months till COVID lockdown. And I am happy that I am back on this online platform.
Whatever is taught is very authentic and from Prabhuji’s and Mataji’s own self experience as you always say Yoga as a technic and as an attitude. Thank you both for this blissful journey. It is not only I am experiencing the change(spiritually and physically) within me as well as my family too.

1)Teachers are very knowledgeable and helpful. Everyone is very friendly and you experience a warmth when you’re around them. They help you out with any kind of concerns you have.
2)Here you learn a lot of new things every day, for example, you learn about Yamas: Mana Prasad and Kshama, Niyamas: Japa and Namaskara, Shatkarmas: cleansing techniques, different variations of Yoga Nidra, the importance of different mantra’s that are chanted on different occasions. You also learn the spiritual side of yoga that certainly helps in deepening our faith and hence every class is very refreshing and different. This is a perfect place if you want to learn traditional authentic yoga.
3)Discipline is one of the important factors when it comes to yoga, we have a uniform at the center that not just promotes discipline but also helps in focusing on our abayas. No time wasted on deciding what to wear.
4)There are many business-minded centers with a passion for yoga, But Dhriti is not about making money.
Just to put it in simple words – when I joined the classes again after 4 years, to my surprise there was no change in the fee structure.

Sowmya – Yoga Experience
Since quite long I had been looking for a holistic yoga centre and fortunately Dhrti Yoga came to my rescue. It is at Dhrti Yoga, I started experiencing the transformation that Yoga can bring into one’s life.
Just after five months of sadhana at this centre, I am experiencing an unbelievable change in me. Whether it is stress management or controlling anger I am experiencing the magical power of yoga. Kuldeep Prabhuji teaches very holistically and gives personal attention to everyone. Each session is the combination of asanas, mantra chanting and small life lessons which fills me with positive vibes.
Overall, I am more mindful, physically energetic, and relaxed. Yoga also helped me to manage day to day irritations that bothered me earlier and hindered my advancement in professional and personal life.
Apart from yoga classes, spiritual session on every Saturday by Satya Mataji and Manutattwa Prabhuji are very soothing for me and helped me to attain inner peace.
I am convinced my life has changed for ever for good. No wonder inspired by changes in me my spouse also joined Dhrti.

” Hari OM, Apart from different dimensions of yoga, one learns how to know yourself. As we grow older we tend to become crazy. Teachers here are very strict. Indiscipline has zero tolerance. Students are not supposed to bring mobile phones. Email and take prior appointment before visiting the center. If you visit the center without prior appointment, then have the patience till attended to. For Baal Yogi’s, it’s important for the parents to meet teachers and take regular feedback. “If you are looking for health and peace then Dhrithi is the place. The gurus here are very dedicated. Yoga has become commercial these days but it is not that way here. Apart from the regular practice sessions they have many other events like celebrating festivals, social Seva like temple cleaning , teaching us to chant mantras and Bhagavadgita etc . Every Wednesdays guruji would teach us chanting of Vedic mantras like purusha suktham and many more. I was lucky enough to learn them. I went here for a year and then conceived.
