How Yoga has helped me in this last year
1) The first thing that comes in my mind is that
I have stopped fighting with my husband( of course nothing serious) 🙂
but unnecessary fights – unnecessary negativity that ruins your day..and i think that has stopped from last one year.
2) my attitude has been very optimistic..I look for the best things in the situation.. now I try to give my 100% in the situation and later ask myself if I could have done any better? if the ans is no – then I have nothing to regret or feel bad about it
3) I have started appreciating whatever I have
instead of crying for what I don’t have.
started appreciating the value of “people” in my life.
I don’t know what really motivates me to join the class everyday, but I know that I don’t feel good when I miss the class..when I don’t attend the class.
I also witness a change in my body if I don’t attend the classes – that stiffness in the body I don’t like 🙂
