Hari Om Mataji & Prabhuji 🙏🏻
Last year starting from Feb 3rd 2020 till August, i was recovering from my eye surgery. Once I joined back, the journey has been a major turning point of my life. Though I am into yoga from childhood, the discipline which I have inculcated in the past 8 months is amazing. I am not disciplined to practice on my own. I need a Guru to hold hands. I would like to express my gratitude to both our Gurus for offering us online classes, which has brought discipline in all of us ? I hope you all agree with me. Now I can join classes even when I am travelling 😃.
Last 8 months of yoga not only brought flexibility in our body, also helped us in disciplined eating, sleeping, organised living, planning, being purposeful, happiness, good sleep and most of all peace !
It is difficult to put all in words, all I can say is we are very grateful for the support we have got from you Mataji & Prabhuji during this Pandemic 🙏🏻 Your effort & aim to keep us all mentally & physically healthy is well greatly appreciated by all of us in Dhriti centre 🙏🏻
