Meaning:
1: Om, That (Outer World) is Purna (Full with Divine Consciousness); This (Inner World) is also Purna (Full with Divine Consciousness); From Purna comes Purna (From the Fullness of Divine Consciousness the World is manifested) ,
2: Taking Purna from Purna, Purna Indeed Remains (Because Divine Consciousness is Non-Dual and Infinite).
3: Om Peace, Peace, Peace.
CHANDRA SADHANA
There is no limit to the number of possible meditation practices. Any theme can be used as the focal point of one’s attention. One of the traditional techniques given in the yogic and tantric text is the practice of Trataka – Gaze.
On every Full and No moon day, the practitioners at Dhrti Yoga Center practise a very powerful, yet deceptive simple technique where one is able to concentrate on an object and then the object becomes the focus, the form of one’s consciousness.
On these days the practitioners participate in Chandra Sadhana – doing chandra namaskara with mantras glorifying the devi, the Lunar aspect of Divinity, jyoti trataka and yoga nidra & meditation.
Below are the days where chandra sadhana is observed at the center.
