Dear Yogis,

Today Dhrti Yoga celebrated with great devotion the Rathasaptami Day, birthday of lord Surya. This is a month’s effort where Dhrti practitioners begin to practice reaching goal of 108 rounds of Surya Namaskara, smooth and easy.  Every Sunday morning the practitioners along with mantras go ahead chanting and observing rounds of SN, thus gradually building up their strength and stamina…its on the final day they perform 108 rounds with vim and vigor…

Dhrti practitioners this year enjoyed with a feeling of oneness in the T-shirt being introduced for them…Yellow Symbolizing friendliness…and yes color of lord Surya.
