It is considering the lack of time for yogic practice and the speed of life in modern times, Swami Niranjan has introduced the specific sequence of sadhana, a set of practices that are easy to do, that take 10 minutes each to complete, and which will give benefits on all levels of being.
He calls this sadhana the ‘yogic capsule’. Just as one takes a capsule of vitamins each day for good health, one should take a ‘yogic capsule’ to balance the energies in the body, improve mental efficiency, harmonize the emotions, and bring excellence in undertakings.With this sadhana, aspirants can incorporate yoga in their lifestyle without the need for major adjustments, and for the betterment and upliftment of their life.
The 2 day yoga jivan orientation session held at Dhrti Yoga Center on 27 & 28 of May, 2016, was successfully conducted by Jignasu Manutttwa (Ramana). The enthusiastic participants now look forward for advanced follow up sessions
